For the third year now, I’m going to make our last blog of the year a review of our year. Last year it was dominated by Covid-19 and it’s safe to say it’s had the lions share of our attention this year, from processing furlough claims to keeping on top of the various support schemes available to ensure our clients got all the help they could.

Away from Covid, we’ve continued to grow, including welcoming Chloe to the team back in September. We’ve welcomed lots of new clients and seen lots of our existing clients grow, added services from us to help that growth such as a business review and more detailed analysis of their figures.

Each year I’ve said about wanting to grow next year and am proud that we managed to grow in such a turbulent year, not just in terms of numbers but staff growth too, such as Chris passing his CIPP Payroll Technician qualification and Charlotte & Kirstin starting her AAT Level 2 bookkeeping qualification. We’re hoping to continue this trend next year to help our staff grow and improve the service we provide to everyone.
