Meeting room hire in central Southend

Located in Clarence Street in Southend City Centre, the meeting room is located on the ground floor of Practical Bookkeeping, Accounting & Taxation Services and is available to hire on either an hourly, half day or full-day basis.

The room is located on the ground floor of the building, separate to main office of PBATS, close to the kitchen for complimentary tea and coffee.

Available from 9 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday, with weekends and evenings available on request.

The meeting room basics

Located within a bright, glass walled room, you’ve got a large table comfortably seating up to 6 people, complete with pens & notepads.

Meeting room with AV

The room features a 60″ wall mounted screen with HDMI connection and high speed internet via either wifi or cable connection, with USB and wireless charging centrally located in the meeting room table.

Refreshments

Help yourself to all the tea and coffee needed to get your through your meeting throughout your hire, included within the room hire rate.

We want the costs of hiring to be clear and simple, no hidden extras.
